Good morning loves, I hope you are having start of the day. I am not that kind of person who has time in the morning to prepare anything for breakfast, especially when I’m in a rush. Today I decided to share one of my breakfasts that I do and it takes only few minutes. All you need for this is some bread, avocado, herbs and veggies. I like my bread toasted so I put few pieces in the toaster till it is crispy then I sliced avocado on a bread and started to add toppings that I had. I love everything that has tomatoes and basil in it, so it was my must have. Fresh cilantro and radish seams to be a bread combo, also I added green onion because why not? ( just be careful with that, you don’t want your breath to smell like onion the rest of the day). Sometimes I get a little fancy and add a salmon or an egg, you can customize your toasts by adding your favorite things to it. The great thing about this breakfast is that it is healthy and it will give you energy to start your day right.
